                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON ORDINANCE NO. 9772 ON A
                   TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 1720 GUNBARREL ROAD,
                   BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF GUNBARREL ROAD
                   NORTHEAST OF ZEIGLER ROAD.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to remove conditions on Ordinance No. 9772 on:
               
                A tract of land located at 1720 Gunbarrel Road,
                being on the southeast line of Gunbarrel Road
                northeast of Zeigler Road.  Part of lot 1, Tract 3,
                Pinewood Acres, as shown by plat of record in plat
                book 50, page 37, ROHC; being the properties
                described in deed book 4108, page 947, ROHC, deed
                book 4122, page 145, ROHC, deed book 4127, page
                674, ROHC, deed book 4127, page 676, ROHC, and deed
                book 4435, page 995, ROHC.  Tax Map No. 159H-B-23.
               
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
